Senior Director, Creative

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing design team spanning brand, motion, and multi-disciplinary creative
• Establish and uphold a clear quality bar for design, craft, and thinking
• Mentor and develop junior leaders to enable autonomy and ownership
• Design and implement repeatable design systems, workflows, and processes
• Partner with strategy, brand, and marketing leadership to align design with business objectives
• Own and evolve the visual identity and design systems for the brand across all touchpoints
• Provide creative direction for brand campaigns, digital experiences, and experiential marketing
• Oversee freelancers, vendors, and production partners

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional design experience with senior leadership responsibility
• 5+ years of people management experience, including building and evolving teams
• Proven ability to build conceptually strong, high-performing creative teams
• Strong strategic thinker connecting design to brand and business outcomes
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion fundamentals
• Experience in both agency and client-side environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering with developers and senior stakeholders
• Ability to make difficult people decisions to maintain quality and scale
