Senior Director, Consumer Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product marketing vision for consumer and marketplace experiences
• Develop strategies to increase participation, engagement, and marketplace health
• Translate customer and market insights into product strategy and roadmap recommendations
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product awareness, activation, and retention
• Partner with Product teams to bring AI-powered experiences to market
• Lead positioning, segmentation, and value proposition development
• Build and lead a high-performing Consumer Product Marketing team
• Define metrics and frameworks to evaluate product marketing effectiveness

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketplace Strategy
• 5+ years leading and scaling Product Marketing organizations
• Proven track record of influencing product strategy and driving business outcomes
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior and marketplace dynamics
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with experimentation
• Exceptional strategic thinking and executive influence skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading product marketing for a two-sided marketplace
• Experience with AI-powered consumer products
• Experience building products that drive community participation or behavioral change
