Senior Director, Consumer Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated consumer marketing strategy across U.S. brands and products
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
• Oversee cross-channel marketing programs combining brand storytelling and performance marketing
• Prioritize high-impact marketing initiatives and resource allocation
• Develop and execute the annual consumer marketing calendar
• Drive data-informed decision making using consumer insights and analytics
• Partner with Product, Creative, CRM, and Media teams for cohesive GTM strategies
• Guide messaging strategies and brand positioning
• Evaluate marketing investment effectiveness and program performance
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in brand and integrated marketing
• Background in e-commerce, digital performance marketing, and promotional strategy
• Proven success in optimizing marketing calendars and channel strategies
• Experience leading cross-functional programs
• Deep understanding of digital media, CRM, and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical mindset and storytelling skills
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
