About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of enterprise compliance and integrity strategy, including confidential reporting and investigations governance.
  • Own the company’s confidential concern reporting program, overseeing intake, triage protocols, and case quality standards.
  • Lead complex, high-risk, and sensitive internal investigations in partnership with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and Finance.
  • Identify investigation trends and emerging risks to develop cross-functional corrective actions and strengthen compliance controls.
  • Oversee integrity reporting channels, case management systems, and the conflicts of interest disclosure program.
  • Develop compliance learning and communication strategies, including targeted training and leadership messaging.
  • Prepare and present high-quality risk analyses and investigation themes to senior governance forums and committees.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in compliance, investigations, legal, internal audit, or risk management.
  • Significant experience leading complex, sensitive, and confidential investigations involving legal, ethical, or financial risk.
  • Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, including anti-bribery, fraud, money laundering, and conflicts of interest.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including process design and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to provide credible guidance to senior leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global corporate compliance organization managing hotline or reporting channels.
  • Experience presenting to executive compliance, legal, or audit governance committees.
  • Proficiency with case management systems, compliance analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Relevant professional certifications or credentials.
