Senior Director, Complex Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale engagements end-to-end, owning delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Partner with C-level client stakeholders to shape, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Design and execute delivery strategies for multi-workstream programs, managing risk and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams while mentoring delivery leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Contribute to the sales lifecycle by shaping delivery approaches and supporting new business pursuits.

Requirements

• 12+ years of consulting experience, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs in excess of $10M.
• Extensive experience managing C-level stakeholder relationships and influencing complex environments.
• Deep expertise in modern delivery practices, including Agile and scaled delivery.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and reside within a commutable distance to a Slalom office.

• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams across both technology and business domains.
• Strong background in enterprise environments involving architecture, engineering, and infrastructure.
