Senior Director, Commercialization – Strategic Bank Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization and growth strategy for approximately 10 marquee financial institution partners
• Architect bespoke go-to-market strategies tailored to partner-specific segments and customer bases
• Drive the adoption of Merchant Solutions, including Clover and Enterprise offerings, across the partner portfolio
• Establish trust-based relationships with partner executive, product, and operations teams
• Act as the primary internal advocate, aligning Product, Tech, and Risk teams with partner requirements
• Oversee the expansion of support models from North America into EMEA and APAC markets
• Identify performance gaps and lead cross-functional problem-solving to accelerate revenue growth

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, commercialization, payments, or financial services
• Proven experience working with or within financial institutions and/or merchant acquiring
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex partnerships or client portfolios
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

• Well-developed problem analysis and decision-making skills
