Senior Director, Commerce Hub Go To Market

Responsibilities

• Define and lead product go-to-market (GTM) strategies to establish Commerce Hub as the global acquiring entry point for Fortune 1000 clients
• Drive a new, coordinated global GTM approach across multiple stakeholder groups, transitioning from regional-owned models to a unified strategy
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Regional Markets
• Develop globally consistent pricing, packaging, and value propositions with necessary local market localization
• Oversee the end-to-end product experience, including documentation, boarding, processing, billing, and reporting
• Communicate progress and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and drive resolution for complex process issues

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Product Management or Payment Consulting
• Proven experience in the payments industry, specifically within eCommerce or omnichannel commerce
• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale programs or initiatives, preferably in an international setting
• 8+ years of experience working with medium-to-large corporate clients
• 7+ years of experience using Confluence, Jira, or similar project management tools
• 8+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
