Senior Director, Client Service

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value client accounts with accountability for research delivery, profitability, and long-term growth
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders to influence media investment decisions and measurement agendas
• Oversee the design and delivery of complex media effectiveness programs, including brand lift and cross-platform measurement
• Translate client business challenges into scalable research frameworks and actionable executive narratives
• Partner with commercial teams to identify new research opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Build and lead high-performing teams, focusing on talent development in research and client leadership
• Ensure operational excellence by optimizing resourcing, delivery models, and best practices

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in market research, media analytics, or insights consulting
• Deep expertise in media effectiveness research (brand lift, cross-platform measurement, attribution, ROI, and segmentation)
• Proven ability to influence senior executive stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving account growth and renewals
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing research and account teams
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
