Senior Director, Client Delivery

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for client delivery to align with organizational growth initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery for complex client projects, ensuring success regarding scope, timeline, and quality.
• Serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point for strategic client relationships and high-risk engagements.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of managers and delivery professionals.
• Partner with product, technology, and customer success teams to evolve delivery frameworks and onboarding experiences.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, delivery metrics, and SLAs to track performance and efficiency.
• Drive automation and process improvements to optimize delivery scalability and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in client delivery, implementation, or customer success within SaaS or B2B technology environments.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex enterprise implementations.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the mortgage, financial services, or real estate technology industries.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.
