About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Care & Servicing Operational Analytics platform.
- Translate business priorities into scalable analytics capabilities, including KPI frameworks and performance measurement.
- Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to senior leadership to shape strategy and investment decisions.
- Drive modernization of analytics through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled insights.
- Partner with enterprise data platform teams to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution.
- Establish and govern consistent operational performance metrics across the Care & Servicing organization.
- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team across BI and advanced analytics disciplines.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, operations, or strategy.
- Proven experience partnering with senior executives to translate strategic priorities into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale analytics platforms or operating models in complex environments.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior-level decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency with BI, data visualization, and performance analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI, predictive analytics, and enterprise data platforms (e.g., lakehouse architectures).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging large-scale consumer data to drive operational performance.
- Applied experience with Machine Learning (ML) and intelligent automation.
- Background operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data.
- Experience specifically within customer care or servicing analytics environments.
