Senior Director, Business Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Systems Team within the North America Commercial Patient Support Center of Excellence (PS COE).
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with senior leaders to align technology with business goals.
• Oversee the design, development, maintenance, and future roadmap of systems, platforms, and data solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, programs, and system enhancements, ensuring quality and budget compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product owners, directors, managers, and analysts.
• Partner with Data, Technology, and Engineering counterparts to prioritize and deliver technology solutions.
• Provide day-to-day support for a large portfolio of applications to ensure maximum uptime and high performance.
• Collaborate with Program Quality teams to ensure compliance with key industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of experience in information technology leadership.
• Expert understanding of modern IT, including Salesforce, cloud computing, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven expertise in large-scale system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
• Significant experience working within highly regulated industries.
• Strong experience managing IT managed services or outsourced/offshore teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading new product launches for patient support services.
• Proven track record of managing complex technology portfolios and strategic roadmaps.
