Senior Director, Business Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Systems Team within the North America Commercial Patient Support Center of Excellence (PS COE).
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with senior leaders to align technology with business goals.
• Oversee the design, development, support, and future roadmap of systems, platforms, and data solutions.
• Manage a high-performing team of product owners, business system directors, managers, and analysts.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects, programs, and system enhancements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Proactively identify innovative technologies and process improvements to drive business efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with key regulations in collaboration with the Program Quality Team.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee IT managed services or outsourced/offshore teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of experience in information technology leadership.
• Expert understanding of Salesforce, cloud computing, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven expertise in large-scale system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
• Extensive experience working within highly regulated industries.
• Strong background in program/project management and system life cycle management.
• Exceptional people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

• Experience leading new product launches for patient support.
• Experience managing large-scale technology environments and operational support.
