About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Systems Team within the North America Commercial Patient Support Center of Excellence (PS COE).
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with senior leaders to align technology with business goals.
- Oversee the design, development, support, and future roadmap of systems, platforms, and data solutions.
- Manage a high-performing team of product owners, business system directors, managers, and analysts.
- Oversee a portfolio of projects, programs, and system enhancements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Proactively identify innovative technologies and process improvements to drive business efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with key regulations in collaboration with the Program Quality Team.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee IT managed services or outsourced/offshore teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience.
- 15 years of experience in information technology leadership.
- Expert understanding of Salesforce, cloud computing, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Proven expertise in large-scale system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
- Extensive experience working within highly regulated industries.
- Strong background in program/project management and system life cycle management.
- Exceptional people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
