Senior Director, Business Process Transformation

Responsibilities

• Architect and advance the enterprise digital thread, ensuring the governed flow of data across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Lead enterprise-wide business process redesign and transformation programs spanning PLM, ERP, and MES value chains.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on Industry 4.0, AI-enabled automation, and digital twin technologies.
• Build and maintain enterprise process architecture, including capability maps, value streams, and target-state operating models.
• Partner with Enterprise Platforms teams to translate business requirements into technical capabilities for Siemens Teamcenter, Oracle JD Edwards, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies to achieve measurable operational KPIs.
• Direct business case development, roadmap sequencing, and value realization tracking for large-scale transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in business process transformation or digital leadership.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs across multiple business functions.
• Proven fluency in the capabilities and integration patterns of Siemens Teamcenter, Oracle JD Edwards, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives.
• Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., GxP, ISO standards).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as a Master’s, MBA, or PhD.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), or Change Management (Prosci ADKAR).
• PMP certification.
• Consulting experience specifically within Life Science organizations.
