Senior Director, Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the long-term vision for transforming business processes through AI and automation
• Orchestrate long-range and annual strategy cycles in partnership with Finance
• Lead execution of high-impact strategic initiatives and resource allocation
• Spearhead the end-to-end, company-wide OKR process
• Lead the operational process for gathering data and managing Board of Directors materials
• Define and implement global business practices and systems optimizations
• Build and mentor a world-class operations team

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Planning, or Strategy/Operations
• Specific experience within the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in financial planning and budget management
• Experience creating scalable business frameworks
