About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent strategic relationships with large CPG category clients
- Oversee a team of high-performing sales leaders
- Develop and execute advertising strategies aligned with client business goals
- Own relationships with programmatic, media, and insights stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership in shaping client media buying strategies
- Partner with business development, client services, and technical account management teams
- Identify opportunities for platform enhancement and channel expansion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new inventory, data partnerships, and measurement solutions
- Present in client business reviews and host industry events
Requirements
- Proven track record in consultative selling within a DSP or online advertising role
- Experience directly managing a partnerships or sales team
- Experience cultivating relationships with brands and/or agencies
- Strong understanding of commerce and retail data
- Experience working with CPG clients in the online advertising space
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CLM
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Product, and Marketing teams
