About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and grow your book of business by driving new client acquisition and strategic expansion
- Deepen client partnerships through trust-building and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Position Konovo as a thought partner by shaping tailored solutions for client challenges
- Drive proactive outreach through strategic networking, outbound campaigns, and digital channels
- Navigate the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiating and closing deals
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and account plans to guide territory strategy
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product positioning
Requirements
- 5+ years of success in complex B2B enterprise sales
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas
- Experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors
- Familiarity with market research, healthcare intelligence, or SaaS/data solutions
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25–40%
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
