Senior Director, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Stand up CoreWeave’s EMEA BD and Partner Strategy, Program and GTM from the ground up
• Recruit, build, and lead the EMEA Business Development team
• Build and lead the management of key partnerships across infrastructure, cloud, and ISV partners
• Work with partners to develop new and innovative integrations and distribution models
• Actively participate in the sales cycle for larger opportunities to drive co-sell with partners
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement innovative partner marketing programs
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans with partners, including goals and KPIs
• Serve as a visible ambassador for CoreWeave within the EMEA partner ecosystem

Requirements

• 10+ years in partnership leadership roles within the Data & AI ecosystem
• Proven success standing up a partnerships function or region from scratch
• Deep understanding of the EMEA landscape and multi-country go-to-market dynamics
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, cloud, and data products and use cases
• Proven experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA and at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, Meta, or Google Cloud)
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong negotiation, business planning, and executive presence
