Senior Director, Beauty Marketing

Responsibilities

• Drive product positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all marketing channels
• Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies to support category growth and revenue objectives
• Lead go-to-market strategies and execution for product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Work cross-functionally with Social, Influencer, PR, and E-commerce to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Partner with Product Development and Sales to drive improved outcomes for the Beauty category
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and campaign timelines
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
• Proven leadership experience within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industries
• Demonstrated track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, and influencer strategy
• Experience leveraging AI to improve business speed and outcomes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
