Senior Director APAC LEM Business

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the TempRite and Engineered & Medical Polymers business units within the APAC region
• Develop and implement regional growth strategies to achieve above-market growth and maintain leadership positions
• Drive revenue growth, optimize spend, and ensure continued profitable growth of the business unit
• Lead, manage, and develop the Asia Pacific team, fostering a culture of customer centricity and accountability
• Optimize cash flow by improving forecast accuracy and making strategic capital decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in supply chain, R&D, and manufacturing to achieve business objectives
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to advance competitive positioning in adjacent marketspaces
• Manage the CRM business pipeline and align Sales and Marketing efforts to meet strategic plan targets
• Serve as a member of the Global Leadership team, providing input on strategic business issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in science, business, or a related discipline
• Proven cross-functional experience in business management, strategic marketing, or sales management within a B2B environment
• Demonstrated experience in people management, including employee development and leadership
• Proven track record of negotiating with senior-level commercial and technical decision-makers
• Experience leading organizational change and driving sustainable business growth
• Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and executive communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a cross-border, intercultural environment
