About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the enterprise Anti-Fraud & Anti-Corruption compliance program.
  • Establish risk-based strategies to identify and mitigate fraud and corruption risks across global operations, supply chains, and third-party relationships.
  • Lead complex internal investigations into allegations of serious misconduct, including bribery, asset misappropriation, and financial misconduct.
  • Perform root cause analysis for substantiated investigations and drive enterprise-wide remediation and control enhancement initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the General Counsel and senior leadership regarding regulatory developments and emerging compliance vulnerabilities.
  • Educate business leaders and employees on ethical decision-making and compliance expectations through targeted training and awareness programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Forensic Accounting, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in compliance, investigations, fraud risk management, or internal audit.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex investigations involving financial misconduct or corruption.
  • Strong knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
  • Proven forensic analytical capability to identify fraud indicators within financial and operational data.
  • Strong investigative interviewing, evidence handling, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and manage highly sensitive matters with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a large manufacturing, industrial, or consumer products organization.
  • Juris Doctorate (JD), CFE, CPA, CIA, or CCEP professional credentials.
  • Experience interfacing with regulators, law enforcement, or external forensic specialists.
  • Membership in a U.S. state bar and eligibility for in-house practice in Kentucky.
