Senior Director, AI, Workforce Innovation, and Digital Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI strategy and digital delivery for HR and workforce systems to align with long-term HCM objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of people systems, embedding AI capabilities to drive automation and efficiency.
• Develop and execute a forward-looking AI-enabled workforce strategy that redesigns processes to enhance productivity.
• Lead enterprise workforce insights and analytics, leveraging predictive modeling to inform business decisions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation by piloting AI solutions and new methodologies.
• Drive enterprise change management initiatives to support AI adoption and digital transformation across the organization.
• Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to embrace AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading AI-driven workforce transformation and digital delivery initiatives.
• Strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and AI-enabled technologies.
• Demonstrated success in driving enterprise-wide change management and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in data analytics, AI applications, and predictive modeling.
• Deep capability in business process design and digital implementation strategy.
• Strong decision-making capabilities with the ability to lead through ambiguity.
