Senior Director, AI & SI Alliances

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the AI technology and systems integrator (SI) partner ecosystem end-to-end.
• Manage SVP/C-level relationships across strategic AI technology partners, including LLM providers, hyperscalers, and AI platform vendors.
• Define and execute a multi-year AI & SI alliance strategy, including commercial frameworks and co-investment structures.
• Develop joint offer strategies, integrated solution bundles, and vertical-specific propositions for AI-augmented CX/EX.
• Lead cross-functional interlock with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure partnerships are integrated into the roadmap.
• Establish joint pipeline governance, funnel tracking, and revenue attribution to drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop the AI & SI Alliances team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic alliances or business development.
• 7+ years of specific focus on AI technology partners (LLM providers, AI platform vendors, hyperscalers) or global/regional SI channels.
• Proven track record of structuring and closing complex multi-party alliance agreements at the executive level.
• Deep understanding of the CX/EX technology landscape, including UCaaS, CCaaS, and conversational AI.
• Hands-on experience with SI/GSI channels, including deal registration, partner tiers, and joint GTM investment models.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a leading AI platform company (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, AWS AI) or a major SI (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini).
• Direct experience building an SI alliance program from the ground up.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, or LLM orchestration.
• Experience securing strategic partner designations from hyperscalers like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
