Senior Director, AI Innovation

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Monster’s long-term AI vision and enterprise-wide strategy
• Drive high-impact AI initiatives and breakthrough programs across all business functions
• Build and oversee the enterprise AI roadmap, including resource allocation and budget management
• Lead AI education, upskilling, and cultural adoption across the organization
• Establish enterprise AI governance and risk standards in partnership with Legal and Security
• Recruit and lead a cross-functional AI innovation team including engineering and data science
• Drive cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Represent Monster as a public-facing AI leader at conferences and in strategic vendor discussions
• Measure impact through KPI frameworks for productivity, cost reduction, and innovation velocity

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in AI, ML, or automation strategy
• 3-5 years of experience leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives
• Familiarity with modern AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, or Google Vertex
• Understanding of model architectures, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
• Executive certifications in AI Leadership from institutions like MIT or Stanford
• Azure AI or other enterprise AI technology certifications
• Experience converting business concepts into semantic datasets and AI features
