Senior Director, AI Enterprise Process & Innovation Center

Responsibilities

• Stand up and scale process mining and digital twins as an enterprise capability to create a data-driven view of end-to-end processes.
• Diagnose structural bottlenecks, rework loops, and process variants by mining system event logs and user task-level interaction data.
• Partner with functional leaders to co-create reinvented, decision-centric target operating models and workflows designed with an AI-first lens.
• Quantify and prioritize the value opportunity by translating process intelligence insights into a ranked pipeline of interventions.
• Embed process excellence disciplines, including Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM, to drive measurable improvements in speed, quality, and cost.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable and compliant with GxP, validation, privacy, and Responsible AI expectations.
• Build a community of practice to grow expertise in process mining, task mining, and AI-enabled process excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a scientific or business field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, process excellence, process mining/intelligence, or digital/AI strategy.
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience delivering process mining or task mining programs (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath, or Microsoft Process Mining).
• Proven track record of redesigning end-to-end processes and delivering AI-enabled process transformation at scale.
• Deep fluency in process excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Knowledge of GxP and regulatory compliance within a regulated industry environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a scientific or business field.
• Process mining certification (e.g., Celonis or Signavio) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Experience building process digital twins and always-on conformance monitoring capabilities.
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and how they reshape process design.
• Expertise in risk, monitoring, and bias/fairness for AI systems.
