Senior Director, Administration - Plant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site Administration leader for the South Carolina production facility
• Provide integrated leadership across Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Security & Fire Protection, and Workplace Operations
• Ensure administration functions support production objectives, operational readiness, and business continuity
• Partner with plant and corporate leadership to align priorities, resources, and performance expectations
• Lead, develop, and manage plant-based teams within assigned functions
• Drive performance through effective resource allocation and budget management
• Resolve conflicts between plant operational requirements and enterprise functional expectations
• Exercise authority to address significant safety, security, compliance, or operational risks
• Oversee performance of third-party service providers and operational support partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, EHS, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environments
• Demonstrated success leading multiple business functions and teams
• Proven ability to lead through organizational growth, startup environments, or business transformation
• Experience leading within matrixed organizations
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Working knowledge of manufacturing-related regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Valid driver's license and passport required
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
