Senior Director, Acquisitions

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a multi-region acquisition strategy for land and power-heavy infrastructure sites
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex transactions, including PSAs, ground leases, and Joint Venture agreements
• Serve as the primary liaison to institutional investors, lenders, and capital partners
• Own the underwriting process and present investment memos to executive leadership and the Board
• Manage a rigorous diligence process integrating real estate risk, power availability, and regulatory hurdles
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, and utility executives
• Mentor and grow a high-performing investment team

Requirements

• 15+ years of institutional real estate acquisitions, private equity, or infrastructure investment experience
• Proven track record of closing $500M+ in individual transactions
• Mastery of complex JV waterfalls, carried interest structures, and creative financing mechanisms
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
• Ability to work in-office 5 days per week in Dallas, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific expertise in Data Center acquisitions or Energy Infrastructure
• Experience in a high-growth technology environment
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Real Estate, or JD)
