Senior Digital Workplace Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner and SME for Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) and Slack Enterprise Grid
• Architect, configure, and manage collaboration platforms end-to-end, including solution design and integrations
• Lead technical execution of collaboration platform migrations during M&A, including Slack-to-Slack and Google Workspace-to-M365
• Drive the evaluation, deployment, and governance of AI-powered productivity tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Slack AI, and Glean
• Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, Slack Workflow Builder, and REST APIs
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to ensure solutions meet enterprise security and regulatory requirements
• Provide L3/L4 escalation support and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure focusing on digital workplace platforms
• Deep expertise in Slack Enterprise Grid administration and workspace governance
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, and M365 Copilot)
• Proven experience leading large-scale collaboration platform migrations
• Demonstrated experience in M&A technical integration and platform consolidation
• Strong proficiency with API-based integrations, webhooks, and workflow automation
• Experience integrating platform logs into SIEM solutions like Splunk

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI search and knowledge platforms (Glean, M365 Copilot)
• Hands-on experience rolling out and governing AI productivity tools at scale
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM platform and workflow configuration
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or Slack Certified Administrator
