Senior Digital Transformation Consultant - Space, Defense and Security

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting missions focused on organizational management and business process re-engineering
• Support IT transformation projects, including scoping studies, system urbanization, and business analysis (AMOA)
• Drive digital transformation by designing future-ready usages involving IoT, Big Data, and predictive models
• Assist in the deployment of large-scale programs through change management and training initiatives
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants to develop their professional consulting skills

Requirements

• Engineering degree, Business degree, or equivalent university qualification
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in management consulting
• Strong analytical skills and a rigorous approach to complex problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders and hierarchical levels
• A genuine interest in the Defense, Security, and Space sectors
