Senior Digital Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Define and implement program and project governance
• Participate in project scoping, including scope, planning, and cost management
• Lead the implementation of digital solutions for major corporate clients
• Create and manage key dashboards to track program and project progress
• Prepare and facilitate steering committees and project management meetings (Steerco, COPIL, COPROJ)
• Monitor budgets, manage risks, and ensure project quality control

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree (Business School or Engineering School)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, PMO, or as a Business Analyst
• Experience in Corporate, Banking, Finance, or Insurance environments preferred
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects
• Ability to work effectively in both team settings and client-facing roles
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client value
