Senior Digital Transformation and IT Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support executive management and IT departments in digital transformation projects, from strategic vision to operational implementation.
• Define IT and digital strategies, master plans, and transformation roadmaps.
• Manage and secure complex programs and projects, including governance, planning, costs, and risk management.
• Lead end-to-end projects covering scoping, design, implementation, deployment, and change management.
• Analyze project value through benchmarks, opportunity studies, and economic evaluations.
• Provide expertise in key areas such as Agile methodologies, cloud computing, innovation, and responsible digital practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation or IT, gained within a consulting firm or a large corporation.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe, including roles such as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Strong expertise in managing large-scale transformation projects and programs.
• Ability to scope business needs and support the implementation of digital solutions.
• Good knowledge of technological environments and digital ecosystems (cloud, collaborative tools, project platforms).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with high-level stakeholders (Executive Committees, Business and IT Directors).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex and structural problems.
