Senior Digital Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional digital sales strategy across the UAE and GCC to drive revenue growth.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles for large-scale digital, automation, and software-driven projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, Digital Leaders, and Government entities.
• Lead sales for Industrial Digital Platforms, IoT, Asset Performance Management (APM), and Energy Management solutions.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions for industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with system integrators, EPCs, and technology partners.
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution and customer success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience within industrial digital transformation, enterprise software, or automation.
• Proven track record of selling industrial software, IoT, or analytics platforms.
• Extensive experience in Middle East markets, specifically the UAE and KSA.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs.
• Strong background in consultative, solution-led enterprise selling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Computer, or related field).

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or executive leadership education.
• Experience working directly with government entities, utilities, and large-scale industrial enterprises.
