Senior Digital Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, improvement, and management of digital products and technology roadmaps for the Renewables onshore business.
• Collaborate with business area leads to incorporate requirements into product planning and ensure digital solutions meet key business objectives.
• Design and evolve digital solutions, including SAP RE, Land Management systems, Digital Pipeline, and custom software.
• Define the vision for Growth Solution systems and Data Governance policies.
• Manage the product backlog, oversee day-to-day technology operations, and ensure high availability and reliability of digital platforms.
• Conduct build vs. buy analyses and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
• Create user guides, training documentation, and assist with the Change Management process.
• Analyze user data and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process digitization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a Technology or Digital discipline.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience configuring third-party software platforms.
• Proven experience working within a Digital Renewables environment.
• Strong project management skills and experience in an agile environment.
• Experience working within a global company or matrix reporting organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP systems, FIORI, and SAP-RE solutions.
• Expertise in Digital Product Management and driving "Agile" transformations.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen to inform strategic prioritization.
