Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive organic strategy that optimizes for both traditional SERP rankings and LLM/AI-agent discovery.
• Pioneer Socure’s presence in AI search results (GEO/AEO) by optimizing site architecture, structured data, and brand citations.
• Design and implement experiments to evaluate emerging tactics, such as programmatic SEO and AI-driven content clusters.
• Manage Socure’s digital footprint across third-party sites, research papers, and technical wikis to reinforce brand authority within RAG systems.
• Define and track new KPIs for the AI era, including LLM "Share of Voice" and citation frequency.
• Partner with Content and PR teams to ensure all published material is "AI-readable" and optimized for high-intent queries.
• Monitor changes in OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google SGE to pivot strategies in real-time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Organic Growth or SEO/AEO.
• Demonstrable experience influencing LLM outputs or ranking in "Generative" search features.
• Deep understanding of how LLMs retrieve and process information, including Knowledge Graphs, RAG, and crawler behaviors.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities for leading complex, multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
