Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization across paid search (SEM), paid social, display, and emerging digital media channels
• Manage budget allocation, bidding strategy, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROAS and CPL
• Develop and execute a modern search roadmap including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
• Optimize for high-intent queries, featured snippets, voice search, and AI-generated responses
• Lead landing page strategy and testing frameworks to increase engagement and reduce drop-off
• Oversee website content strategy to support demand generation and brand authority
• Establish clear KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and conversion
• Partner with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Engineering teams to align marketing strategy with business goals

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in paid media (SEM), SEO, and content strategy
• Prior people management experience with a track record of building and coaching teams
• Proven success managing SEM campaigns and performance budgets
• Strong command of technical SEO, on-page strategy, and link-building
• Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search ecosystems
• Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations
• Experience in regulated industries such as mortgage, fintech, or financial services preferred
