Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Paid)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid search, display, social media, email, and web.
• Lead the planning, launch, and optimization of digital campaigns to support product launches and demand generation.
• Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and implement optimizations that maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure digital assets are compelling and on-brand.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources, and oversee relationships with external vendors.
• Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven ability to lead integrated campaigns.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be located within 45 miles of Miami, FL.
