About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B platforms, managing a $1M+ annual budget.
- Build and execute account-based advertising (ABM) programs using intent data and enrichment tools like Vector and Clay.
- Design and run structured A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates.
- Track and report on pipeline-impacting metrics including CAC, CPS2, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to align ad messaging and develop high-performing assets.
- Collaborate with revenue operations to ensure accurate attribution and clean data flow through Marketo and Salesforce.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflows, including ad copy generation, audience research, and reporting automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on managing paid channels.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads (search, display, remarketing) and LinkedIn Ads (sponsored content, ABM campaigns).
- Proven experience building and scaling account-based advertising programs that deliver measurable pipeline results.
- Experience using intent data or enrichment tools (e.g., 6Sense, DemandBase, Bombora, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing attribution.
- B2B SaaS experience is required.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and the ability to use AI tools to improve campaign performance and workflows.
