Senior Digital Learning Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design digital learning strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Lead diagnostic processes to detect training and technological needs for C-level and HR/L&D stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into high-value consultative proposals.
• Advise on learning trends such as upskilling, reskilling, microlearning, and adaptive learning.
• Provide expertise on organizational structures (Learning Offices, Corporate Academies) and AI tools for virtual teaching.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including technology, content, UX, and data.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and business development.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a similar field.
• Over 10 years of experience in consulting, preferably in digital learning solutions.
• Proven experience in the implementation of learning platforms (LMS, LXP, etc.).
• Experience managing digital transformation projects within the education sector.
