Senior Digital IC Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and influence architecture, specifications, and IP design for Touch Controller products
• Take ownership of RTL design and verification at both IP and product level
• Drive end-to-end design execution, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
• Lead and contribute to design reviews, documentation, and quality improvements
• Support silicon validation, production, and customer debug, including failure analysis
• Collaborate closely with firmware, systems, and applications teams
• Contribute to improving design methodologies, flows, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in digital IC or chip-level design
• Strong experience across the full design flow, including architecture, specification, and RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog)
• Proven experience in verification and tape-out/streamout processes
• Ability to own features or subsystems end-to-end
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
