About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate end-to-end digital buyer and customer journeys aligned to buyer progression and opportunity outcomes.
- Define and manage the intent data strategy, turning signals from third-party platforms and first-party data into actionable audience segments.
- Translate intent data into precise activation briefs for paid social, display, programmatic, and search channels.
- Integrate intent-driven audiences into email nurture programs and build personalized landing page experiences.
- Own AI-powered website chat and AI email agents, configuring routing logic and conversational playbooks to convert traffic into pipeline.
- Partner with Global Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Marketing Operations to bridge intent strategy and channel execution.
- Prioritize full-journey experience metrics to build a holistic view of account engagement and pipeline health.
Requirements
- Proven experience in journey design, lifecycle thinking, and experience orchestration.
- Strong ability to interpret intent, engagement, and behavioral signals into prioritized actions.
- Experience with intent data and account enrichment platforms such as 6sense, ZoomInfo, or Clay.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and digital experience platforms like Marketo or Folloze.
- Familiarity with conversational marketing, CRM (Salesforce), and web analytics (Google Analytics).
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and work effectively within complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong structured thinking skills with the ability to design experiments and optimize based on data.
