Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-performing static and motion assets for Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and other paid channels
• Take winning concepts and iterate them into dozens of tests based on real-time performance data
• Use Generative AI tools to accelerate workflow, from rapid prototyping to image generation
• Participate in weekly performance reviews to translate data insights into creative iterations
• Ensure all assets are thumb-stopping and formatted natively for social platforms
• Collaborate with the ACD and marketing team to maintain brand consistency

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or performance-heavy in-house team
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects)
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and prototyping
• Demonstrated ability to leverage Generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Gemini, or ComfyUI
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-conversion paid media assets
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines independently

• Case studies showing creative iterations based on A/B test results
