Senior Digital Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual content including static, animated, and short-form video for social platforms
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and motion concepts in collaboration with creative leads
• Animate typography, characters, and visual elements with attention to timing and pacing
• Produce original illustrations that align with brand guidelines
• Lead, coach, and manage two designers in Egypt, reviewing work to ensure high quality
• Collaborate with social media teams, copywriters, and marketers to deliver cohesive creative outputs
• Ensure designs are optimized for mobile-first viewing and accessibility standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a digital designer
• Proven experience managing designers
• Proven experience as a social-first motion designer, ideally in an agency or in-house team
• Strong portfolio showcasing animation and illustration work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience in UX/UI design
• Experience with advanced video editing and animation (GIFs, motion graphics)
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
