Senior Digital Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital design strategies aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines
• Create engaging, user-centred designs across websites, digital campaigns, social media, and other online platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective and visually compelling design solutions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs leveraging user research and feedback
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and visual standards across all digital touchpoints
• Mentor designers and freelance creatives while championing design innovation and emerging trends

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in digital and web design with a strong portfolio in UX/UI and campaign development
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Experience with responsive web design, WordPress, HTML, and CSS
• Proven ability to plan and conduct UX research activities, including user testing, interviews, and A/B testing
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to advocate for human-centred design principles
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
