Senior Digital Designer

Responsibilities

• Manage team members to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Create, initiate, and format design templates for the team
• Coach and train the team on standard setups and quality improvements
• Manage production processes for brand marketing collateral, including budgets and timelines
• Prioritize workloads and cross-functional project objectives
• Develop creative concepts for new campaigns based on brand identity
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all online collateral
• Lead the development of creative briefs and support presentations
• Review advertising drafts for audience relevance and brand adherence

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on Graphic Designer experience
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to design for desktop, mobile, and tablet
• Ability to create motion graphics and video content
• Experience designing for beauty and fashion categories
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to understand and execute client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent UX/UI design skills
