Senior Digital Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, validation, and translation of business and system requirements into digital solutions
• Configure, implement, and optimize PMIS systems for large PMOs focusing on cost, risk, and schedule
• Design and implement dashboarding and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau
• Influence client ways of working to align operational processes with system capabilities
• Provide technical training, coaching, and user adoption support to client teams
• Support integration of project, cost, schedule, and asset data into reporting frameworks
• Contribute technical input to business development and bid responses

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering client-facing digital or data-enabled change
• Strong understanding of digital systems and data-driven delivery within capital projects
• Experience with PMIS environments such as Procore, Kahua, or Unifier
• Proficiency with dashboarding and analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience managing SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Query
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to link digital solutions to client value and performance outcomes
