Senior Digital Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, management, and continuous optimization of digital paid media campaigns across various channels including paid search, paid social, direct buy, e-retail media, and affiliation
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial briefing and objective definition to execution, optimization, and financial management
• Collaborate with Digital Managers on strategic digital channel planning and identify innovative trends
• Act as a strategic point of contact for client service teams and clients to ensure transparent communication regarding campaign performance
• Mentor and develop junior team members by sharing best practices and guidance
• Monitor campaign performance through rigorous data analysis to identify actionable insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital paid media campaign implementation
• Higher education degree (above Bachelor's level)
• Solid knowledge of paid search and paid social platforms and configuration
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical capability and experience with web analytics platforms
• Fluency in English
