About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor DTC/CAN parameters at the Command Centre 24/7
- Raise internal tickets in the DMS system upon detecting issues
- Provide Level 1 (L1) phone support to guide customers and drivers
- Coordinate with dealers to resolve vehicle issues and critical DTCs
- Instruct dealers to assist with vehicle breakdowns or immovable vehicles
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports
- Track and report KPI targets and conduct job card analysis
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, vehicle service, or command centre operations
- Familiarity with DMS systems and ticketing tools
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics (DTC/CAN)
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills for dealer and customer coordination
