Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead management and optimization of Azure-based infrastructure across commercial and FedRAMP regions
• Develop and execute DevOps strategy for all Hyperproof regions
• Own and evolve Terraform/Terragrunt IaC pipelines for multi-subscription promotion
• Architect secure, scalable platform infrastructure including CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and observability systems
• Support FedRAMP authorization activities including SSP documentation and NIST 800-53 control implementations
• Lead design and security implementation of Seattle-based on-premise build/test platforms
• Establish security architecture patterns for encryption, network segmentation, and secrets management
• Monitor, triage, and remediate CVEs and security vulnerabilities across infrastructure and containers

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevSecOps, or Platform engineering
• Extensive experience managing Azure-based infrastructure
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, Go, or Node.js
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform/Terragrunt, GitOps, and CI/CD security
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP standards
• Ability to work in the Seattle area and be available until 6pm Pacific daily

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FedRAMP authorization (Moderate or High)
• Experience with Azure networking and security boundaries
• Knowledge of compliance automation and supply chain security (SBOM)
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, Azure Security Specialty, or CKS
• Familiarity with CMMC, OSCAL, or compliance-as-code
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools like Trivy, Snyk, or Qualys
