Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS, bare-metal K3s, and on-premises appliances) using GitOps and Infrastructure as Code
• Manage the lifecycle of on-premises gateway appliances, including VM image builds and TLS certificate automation
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry
• Drive compliance automation for C5, HIPAA, and HDS certifications through security hardening and secrets management
• Support and scale ML training and data processing infrastructure, including GPU cluster management
• Handle incident response, including detection, triage, and post-incident reviews

Requirements

• Strong experience operating Kubernetes in production
• Experience with GitOps workflows
• Experience with monitoring and observability stacks
• Strong understanding of encryption, access controls, and secrets management
• Solid Linux systems administration skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
• Availability for on-call rotations
