Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Automate IaC to manage virtual machines and deploy containers, services, and other infrastructure
• Deploy custom Kubernetes clusters in AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premises, or hybrid cloud environments
• Work with platform developers and customer-facing teams to build solutions for customer use cases
• Execute software deployments to commercial and Department of Defense (DOD) networks
• Perform incident response and initial triage of critical system faults
• Monitor, automate, and improve software reliability, performance, and availability

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Python and/or Golang
• Experience with microservice deployment in Kubernetes
• Expertise in Helm Chart and Kustomizations development/deployment
• Proficiency in Automation and IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenStack)
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Active Secret (or above) US security clearance
• US citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DOD networking, tools, and security requirements
• Proficiency with US federal information system security policies (STIGs, NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-53, CMMC, ICD 503)
• Experience with DevSecOps/CI/CD for GPU-enabled servers
• Experience with CNCF projects
• Experience with NAS and SAN technologies
• Experience with Kubernetes in DDIL impact environments
