Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure patterns
• Own the operational health of services, defining SLOs and SLIs and managing incident response
• Lead improvements to build systems, containerization, and deployment tooling
• Collaborate with developers, QA, Product, and Security to align delivery pipelines with roadmaps
• Implement secure-by-default configurations, secrets management, and compliance automation
• Drive initiatives to reduce toil and improve developer productivity and observability

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of DevOps, SRE, or related engineering experience
• Deep expertise in a major cloud provider and Kubernetes
• Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and configuration management
• Proven experience operating CI/CD pipelines at scale (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bazel, Gradle)
• Proficiency with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
